How much does it cost to ship to my country?

  • The shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout stage, subject to the destination and weight. We ship from Jakarta, Indonesia.
  • At present, we only offer tracked delivery as the only alternative, however we try our best to offer everyone the best shipping rates possible.
  • Consequently, it's important to note that any duties and tax fees arising will be your responsibility to settle. If payment is not made promptly and leads to a need for reshipment, the associated costs will need to be covered by you.

When can I expect to receive my order?

  • Since I handle the packing personally, it usually takes me around 5-7 days to get the package ready and dispatched. You'll receive a notification when your order is shipped, altogether with the tracking number.
  • The delivery time varies based on where you are. If you're in Singapore or Malaysia, it usually takes 3-7 days. For international addresses, the average delivery time is about 2-5 weeks.
Please understand that I have no control over the actual delivery speed once the package is handed over. I truly appreciate your patience and hope the delivery might even surprise you by being faster than expected!

    I need assistance! My orders haven't arrived, and it's been longer than the estimated shipping times.

    • Rest assured, all our store's shipments come with tracking. You can track your package by using the tracking number sent to your email when I shipped your order.

    I've received my order, but there's either damage or something missing.

    We pack items as carefully as possible and ensure they are in perfect condition when shipped. If you receive a defective item or something is missing, I'm truly sorry it happened. Please contact us through DM on Instagram, and we will find the appropriate solution. 

    To prevent any problems with delivery, kindly triple check that you provide a correct shipping address when placing an order. Any lost parcels will not be our responsible as it's customer responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. As a very small business, we cannot afford returns unless the items are defective.
